Annie Gleason, Operations Manager

My name is Annie Gleason and I am the Operations Manager at Rosewatter Chicagoland Counseling. I have a background in clinical mental health counseling and am currently obtaining my PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (Business Psychology). I also currently serve as the Clinical Training Coordinator for training at The Chicago School, Chicago Campus PsyD Clinical PsyD program. Simply put, I am a self proclaimed “operations and infrastructure nerd.” I am energized by problem solving and thinking creatively about how to make effective lasting organizational change, create practical solutions for personnel, and establish organizational capacity for the unknown. My professional experiences to date have provided me with a unique perspective that allows me to ensure that the intricacies of clinical work, people management, and system oriented challenges are addressed proactively and pragmatically.

I have earned my B.A. in Psychology from UW-Whitewater and an Ed.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University Chicago. I also own my own solo psychotherapy telehealth private practice in Chicago. In my free time, I am an avid consumer of the arts, awannabe yoga instructor, a Dog Mom to fur-baby Arugula, and a lover of any and all things Chicago!
